全院现有在职职工280余人，其中有享受国务院特殊津贴的专家、教授级高工及各类高级专业技术人才30多人，中级专业技术人才50多人，大中专以上学历人员占员工总数的65%以上。四十多年来，累计完成各类科研成果二百余项，其中获国家、部、省级奖励五十余项，取得专利成果十项，为我国的科技发展做出了重要贡献。
二○一一年，全院实现技工贸总收入5000多万元，利润560多万元，上缴国家税收400多万元，全院经济连续多年一直保持30%以上的增长速度，科研开发和生产经营实现了跨越式发展。

西安的研究所大多是央企下属的，比如空天海兵电之类；省科技厅下面实在没几个能拿出手的，相对较好的也就个北郊的有色院，但是和上述的比就实在是有点……建议省科技厅下面的所尽量不要考虑！
不就是4院41所么？难道我记错了。
