Qualifications

Master or bachelor degree candidate in Electrical Engineering or Wireless Communications Engineering

Good knowledge in Digital Signal Processing and Communications Engineering

Good knowledge on protocol stack of cellular communication is a plus

Java scripting, Perl, Python, Matlab experience is a plus.

Fluent in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

Tooling optimization of trace analysis including but not limited visualization of trace messages. This task is to make Javascripts or Python scripts to visualize key messages from traces such that trace analyzer could have a better overview

Help algorithm system engineer to develop automatic scripts to detect potential issues in traces from field test or lab test. This task requires close cooperation with algorithm system engineer and other trace analyzers, to collect their requirement, and to develop scripts to screening specific failure type from trace automatically.

Trace analysis on specific failures in traces and draft analysis report of the failure. This task is to do trace analysis and find the root cause of failure in the traces.

To provide test patterns for development team. This requires close cooperation with DSP FW design team, and to get their requirement and provide test pattern accordingly.

Suitable for candidate(s) who can work for at least 3 days per week for 12 months.
