The doctorate student, in each year,
* will be paid                   +RMB 142,000
* needs to pay tuition costs     -RMB  38,000
* needs to pay dormitory roughly -RMB  13,000
The above are v-e-r-y rough figures, using the conversion rate
of HK$ 1 ~ 0.88 RMB.

Expected qualification of the candidate
1) a masters degree awarded by August 2009.
2) r-o-u-g-h-l-y 80+ in average marks in courses in
  engineering & mathematics.
3) strong background in signal processing.
4) Any ONE of the followings:
  + IELTS score >= 6.0
  + TOEFL score >= 550 paper, 213 computer, 79 internet
All the above are required and non-negotiable.
