帮忙编个程序(已降低要求,增加背景材料,增加报酬)
要求都在附件当中(已增加背景材料),报告用中文亦可。需在21号之前搞定。报酬之前两百元,现在增加到四百。求扩散!
电流变液体结构的分子动力学模拟
修改并完善一种分子动力学模拟程序,模拟电流变液体结构形成过程,并对微观结构进行表征。
要求:熟悉一种编程方法,C/C++/Fortran/Matlab
Programming outline:
Write a programming code using C++ or matlab.
1) The code must be able to operate in 3D.
2) Choose a governing algorithm
3) Choose a proper simulation cell. For example a cube cell block with x, y and z length.
4) Within the simulation cell write a code that randomly generates electric forces that reacts with each other. The electric forces must be both negatively and positively charged.
5) When the program runs it must
A) generate the electric forces in random order,
B) generate the electric forces in line order,
C) generate the electric forces in row and column order,
D) generate the electric forces back to random order,
E) when new electric forces is added to the cell it must be able to update automatically,
6) write what algorithm was chosen,
7) give a short report of the structural evaluation based on the operations in the cell and how it operates,
8) Write a summary on how the code operates and what happens at certain time with the electric forces.
